Native Chicken Soup

Best to be serve during evening and lunchtime. This named as native chicken because this is the chicken grown in the forest. This is more palatable because they only eat plants and earthworm.

You don’t need to add flavorings because its natural flavor is serves a lot. The more it is natural, the more it is delicious.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

  • Native chicken
  • Chili leaves
  • Adult green papaya
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Cooking oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 red onion


Wash in running water the chicken meat. Chop it in a desired size. And put it in casserole filed with water and boil until the meat is tender. Separate the broth and meat. But do throw the broth. Slice the onion and garlic.

Peel the green papaya and slice it in a desired size, sprinkle with salt all over it and let it stay for 3 minutes before washing. Wash the chili leaves, set aside.

Heat the cooking pan and pour cooking oil. Sautee the onion and garlic until turn into brown color. Put the chicken meat and sauté until produces its own broth from the chicken meat. Wait 2 minutes. Add the broth from step one. Cover until boiling point. Add the chili leaves, salt to taste.

Ready to be served.
