Goso is known as a seafood plant in the sea. Be serve either lunch or dinner time. This is a seafood recipe rich in iodine. This is also considered as an appetizer dish. A recipe that is easy to prepare and the ingredients is affordable.

Ingredients
- Goso seafood
- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp brown sugar
- ½ cup cane vinegar
- 1 small size ginger
Method
Wash in the running water the goso, set aside. Wash the tomatoes. Slice the red and white onion in a desired shape. Peel the ginger and slice it too and so with the tomatoes.
In a small mixing bowl with brown sugar pour the cane vinegar and stir it until dissolved. Add the sliced ginger, set aside.
Inside a casserole filled with water heat it until boiling point. Then place the goso inside it for 2 minutes. Strain it using strainer and put it in serving plate. Sprinkle salt, add the tomatoes and the onions and pour the mixture of the vinegar. Mix together.
Ready to be served.
