Imbao soup is known as a seashell rich in iodine. This recipe is good to be serving in lunchtime. Most of us human being loves to have a soup dish because it energizes our energy and replenishes the effort that was released. This soup also is good for the infants who are starting to eat.

Ingredients
- Seashell
- Water
- Spring onion
- Salt to taste
- Ripe tomatoes
- Ginger
- Chili leaves
Method
Brush the shell and wash it in running water, set aside. Clean the spring onion and slice it in a small size. Peel the ginger and chop it. Slice the tomatoes into half and get the seeds. Wash the chili leaves.
Heat a casserole filled with water. Put the slice tomatoes, and ginger. Add salt. Wait for the boiling point. Then put the shell. Wait 5 minutes. Add the chili leaves and salt to taste.
Ready to be served.
